This privacy policy explains how Bet Motorsport ("we", "us") collects and processes personal data when you subscribe for an investment through this service. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

Bet Motorsport is the data controller for the personal data processed.

2. What information we collect

  • Name, national ID number or date of birth
  • Contact information (email, phone, address)
  • Company information when investing through a company (company name, organization number, business address, contact person)
  • Investment amount and information related to the subscription
  • Information generated by use of the service (e.g. login)

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your personal data to:

  • carry out and administer your subscription and investment (legal basis: contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
  • fulfil legal obligations, including accounting and anti-money laundering regulations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c))
  • communicate with you about the investment and send subscription documents for signing (contract/legitimate interest)

4. Sharing of information

We share personal data only where necessary: with processors who provide services on our behalf (e.g. operations, email, electronic signing), and with public authorities when we are legally obliged to do so. Processors are subject to data processing agreements. Information is not transferred outside the EU/EEA without a valid transfer basis.

5. Storage period

We store personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes above, and for as long as we are required to by law (for example, we retain accounting material in accordance with the Accounting Act). When the information is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

Under the privacy regulations you have, among other things, the right to:

  • request access to the information we have about you
  • request correction of incorrect information
  • request deletion or restriction of processing
  • object to processing and request data portability

You can also complain to the Data Protection Authority if you believe we are processing your information in violation of the regulations.
